Highly recommend Lam dental clinic! Professional attitude and exceptional service! As soon as you enter the clinic, you realize that it is a high standard. All three of my children are being treated by Dr. Neta, and are just waiting to get to the next examination :) Patience, attitude and professionalism that I have not encountered before!!! I am treated by Dr. Lam, who is always attentive, super professional and kind, and everything in the clinic is always done with a smile. In short, I highly recommend it, and I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

Good morning, I would like to share a less pleasant experience. Yesterday I left the dental treatment with a hard feeling. I have to admit that I was about ten minutes late for the turn that was at seven in the evening. Hence the attitude was insulting, I suffocated during the initial treatment, the doctor did not try to calm me down, conveyed a feeling of intolerance and impatience. During the treatment he was rude and overall very unpleasant. I think no doctor or person should behave like that, but certainly not in a private clinic. Even high professionalism does not justify such an attitude.

(Your words) - If you had behaved like a manager, I wouldn't have written this review and you didn't even bother to call after it, so it's probably really the platform (and no, I'm not a person who slanders others in public, but neither will you make me feel like a liar or a serial complainer) - Under no circumstances take responsibility for a misunderstanding. You chose to blame us! My wife clearly did not agree to this treatment. No parent should enter the patient's mouth together with the doctor. I sat on the side and did not disturb the doctor as is expected of any parent. The doctor did not mention anything related to this treatment again during the entire meeting. And the girl's teeth have not yet fallen out except for the front ones, so please. Accurate in details. Below is the case. We came for a third treatment with our 8-year-old daughter for a blockage. In the past, we were offered a cavity sealing treatment which we rejected on the spot. (milk teeth, later it was claimed that they were done with permanent teeth (only her front ones are permanent...) I came with my daughter for a filling and that's what I said in the receipt. At the end of the treatment I was charged 1720 NIS! For a small blockage, laughing gas and sealing the grooves. The doctor did not ask me in advance about the sealing treatment which we rejected. After a conversation and argument with the clinic manager, the staff refuses to take responsibility for their conduct and the parents blame us for the fact that we should have asked and verified at the beginning of the treatment itself. Or at the previous meeting the girl came with the grandparents and it was explained to them.. and it is further claimed that the doctor suggested the treatment and the girl agreed. (the 8-year-old girl) In conclusion. Make sure and ask in advance before any procedure that it is indeed being carried out and not beyond, and if so, what are the expected costs. We were pushed an expensive service that we denied in advance. I no longer have the good impression I had about the clinic.

I am being treated at the clinic by the dentist Xenia the champion. Always receives me in a good atmosphere, very professional, makes recommendations and cares! Also, the secretarial staff provide service with joy and courtesy!

We arrived for emergency treatment even though we are not regular patients at the clinic. Even though there was no free appointment, they managed to get us treated. My son and I were amazed by the caring attitude from each of the clinic's staff! Dr. Neta is charming and super professional! I have no words to describe the appreciation. Thank you!!
